SOUTH BRISBANE SUB-DIVISION
THE PROJECT
An existing block in South Brisbane was to be converted int a two-lot subdivision. Initial minor works were undertaken to facilitate plan sealing on the development site. The project required addressing multiple challenges, including building over assets and meeting specific requirements for double-tiered retaining wall designs, ensuring compliance and structural integrity.
OUR APPROACH
DMC Contractors engaged closely with the Client throughout the project lifecycle, offering expertise and a full range of services. Our team solution included best practice design options thereby facilitating the additional services required to achieve the desired outcomes. This collaborative contracting approach ensured all project requirements were met efficiently and effectively.
THE RESULT
The Client successfully obtained Council approval for their designs. Our strong performance and proactive communication not only supported the completion of the initial phase, but also led to being awarded the second stage of the project. This strengthened our relationship with the Client, ensuring ongoing collaboration for future projects.
